Lead Pastors Josh & Kristin Holdeman

Pastor Josh Holdeman and his wife Kristin, serve as the Lead Pastors of Lighthouse Assembly of God. They have been serving in the Lead Pastor role since January 2024, but have been faithfully serving in full time ministry at Lighthouse for over 16 years. Together they are heavily involved in the Richmond community, and are dedicated to meeting people where they are at. They have been married since 2010 & are blessed with the best two children, Micah & Brynn.

Legacy Pastors R.M. & Kathy Holdeman

Pastors Ralph and Kathy Holdeman served as Lead pastors of Lighthouse from 1988-2023. In January of 2024 they were privileged to pass the baton of Lead Pastors to Pastor Josh and Kristin Holdeman. They are very blessed to continuing serving as Legacy Pastors. “Pastor” leads an incredible Men’s Ministry and serves Pastor Josh in all ministry roles as needed. Kathy leads a wonderful women’s ministry as well as all adult ministries. They both love preaching, teaching and have a heart to see Richmond reached for Christ. They have three awesome children, their spouses and ten beautiful grandchildren.

Youth Pastors Connor & Kailee Pierson

Pastor Connor and his wife, Kailee, are blessed to serve as the youth pastors at Lighthouse Assembly of God since February of 2023. They are dedicated to helping the youth have a strong biblical foundation, recognize their gifts, and rise to be strong leaders and young adults. He and his wife have been married since February of 2022.
